Hotel Description
Accommodation is provided in 2 self-catering units called Klein by die Huis and Soetdoring.Klein by die Huis comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds and single beds and share the use of 2 bathrooms fitted with a bath, or a shower, and a toilet. For convenience, linen and towels are provided. The house opens onto a protected courtyard with a built-in braai area, and a big lawn in the front of the house. The property is fenced, and shaded parking is available.
Soetdoring comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a microwave, a fridge, crockery and cutlery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests can relax by the fireplace or braai on the verandah that overlooks the beautiful mountains.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
Guests can visit the nearby Karoo National Park which is home to a variety of indigenous bucks and birds and is a sanctuary for the highly endangered black rhino and riverine rabbit. Activities to enjoy in the area include hiking, 4x4 trails, game viewing, and historical tours.
