The 2-bedroom high ground floor apartment has side-sea-views, garden and a pool view and is comprised of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom contains twin beds. The main bedroom and the living area have direct access to a spacious balcony with partial sea and inland views. The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture and gas braai facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, iron, oven and stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, and a washing machine. The open-plan living and dining area contain ample seating for 4 guests and are equipped with a TV with DStv, DVD player, CD player, and a Video player. Guests have access to Wi-Fi Internet access, a safe, and secure parking.La Mer complex is well-maintained with lush gardens, a swimming pool, children's swimming pool, braai facilities, and a club house. The complex has 24-hour security, undercover parking for 1 vehicle, and ample open parking for visitors. The main coastal highway is out of a view and earshot, and is a 10 minute drive away, offering easy access to nature reserves, diving sites, golf courses, and other South Coast attractions. Guests have access to the beach by a private gate, a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The beach offers safe swimming in shark-net-protected waters and fishing. The lagoon at the mouth of the Lovu River is a haven for bird watching and canoeing.
