This spacious and neat three-bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor in a very popular complex on the Ballito beachfront, with a ground floor entrance. This unit has magnificent beach and sea views from the spacious balcony, lounge and main bedroom.Le Paradis 18 consists of three bedrooms, with a double bed in the main bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath. There are two single beds in the second and third bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bath and shower that caters for the second and third bedrooms.The lounge and dining room opens onto a balcony with a table, chairs and a braai area. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms as well as the lounge. There is also a TV with a DStv decoder in the lounge.The modern open plan kitchen is well equipped with a double-door fridge and freezer, a stove, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and all other utensils and crockery. Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels.The complex is secured with disc controlled gates and a lock-up garage. There is a communal swimming pool, a kiddie’s pool and a viewing deck that make this a very child-friendly unit. It is also suitable for wheelchairs. Please note: By order of the Body Corporate we may not rent to students.
