On The Cliffs is a luxury 4 star graded, sea-front guest house, situated right on the on the cliff tops overlooking Walker Bay in Hermanus. All rooms have panoramic sea views and their own private sea-facing patio or balcony from which to watch the whales.Hermanus has stunning sandy blue flag beaches where you can swim, surf, sun bathe and even go horse riding. Grotto beach, our main beach, extends for approximately 20 kilometres, flanked on the one side by the sea and the other side a lagoon and a nature conservation area. This whole area is a bird watchers paradise with enormous lagoons, coastal birds and a mountain nature reserve which boarders the lagoon and the town.
