- There are a variety of self-catering villas including:
- * The Standard Villa is nicely furnished with air-conditioning in each room, Satellite TV (Bring your own smartcard) and private swimming pool. The house sleeps 8 (1 Queen size bed,2 single beds and 2 Double bunk beds) and can also accommodate another 2 people on the sleeper couch. Also included is our friendly house boy who will ensure that your holiday is perfect. From arranging prawns and crayfish to washing up, cleaning and lighting your braai. Included are bath towels and clean bedding for 8 guests. Also Wash machine, microwave, gas oven and stove, DVD, CD player, board games, dartboard, etc.

By prior arrangement, the resort offers Deep sea fishing (A must as the fishing is unbelievable all year round) Quad bike tours, Overnight quad adventure tours, Quad snorkeling tours, Beach dinners, Market tours, Ocean Safaris (especially good in winter when the whales are around). Diving is available from the well equipped Montego's Camp. The Xai Xai Self Catering Resort is a 35 unit complex with communal pool. The complex is in close proximity to swimming beaches and a 50m walk to the main beach. Numerous restaurants are available.
