There are eight air conditioned bedrooms in the guest house, seven with a double bed each and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have their own showers en suite. Five bedrooms have their own private entrances and the other three are inside overlooking Hutchinson Park.

There are 8 casual, air-conditioned rooms with en suite bathrooms. All come with satellite TV, WiFi, and tea and coffee making equipment. Most have private entrances, and some have views of Hutchinson Park.
Hot breakfast buffet and parking. Dinners are available. There's also a bar, as well as BBQ facilities and gardens with a pool. Laundry service and airport transfers are on request. Children over 12 are welcome.
