This is the perfect venue to enjoy the farm style living and re-connect with yourself, nature & God.Nestling in the Bestervallei Valley, overlooking pictureque wetlands and the foothills of the Malutis on the Lesotho Border, lies historic Union House Guest Farm, originally constructed in the 1870's.
Union House was beautifully reconstructed and restored in remembrance of the Anglo Boer War. To commemorate peace between the Boer's & British, two oak trees were planted on the front lawn to symbolize the Union between Afrikaans and English inhabitants, by President Brand of the Free State. In 1910 the Free State celebration of the Union of South Africa was held on this farm.
Union House is now a gracious Guest Estate, offering an unforgettable escape to the beautiful Eastern Free State Highlands.
